“I struggled with this review because the crew truly did their best, went above and beyond, and we tipped them accordingly. Even so, the description of the tour did not match the experience. The bad: rough waters and a severely bumpy ride that went far beyond what we signed up for. If you’re not a thrill seeker or a rollercoaster fan, this is not the trip for you. The ride was high anxiety from start to finish, and even after we asked the crew to slow down, it didn’t improve.
