“We arrived at the designated meeting point and did not see the boat. We asked around and we were shuttled with aniother couple who booked the Banana Boat on a small boat to a catamaran with a different tour operator. We have no idea what happened to our boat. We did not receive any notifications from the company prior to departure. The tour ended 3 far from where we parked. They refused to shuttle us back to our car. So we had to pay for a taxi. Needless to say, we will not be booking with them again.”
